Replacement cap physically shown on the windshield-washer reservoir of a BMW E30 320i with M20 engine. Use washer-fluid-resistant, heat-tolerant material and confirm a snug seal without forcing the reservoir neck.

Scanned right-side F30/F31 headlight support bracket shown fitted in place by the creator. Use exterior-rated material and verify retention, weather sealing, lamp aim and washer operation before driving.

Replacement clip for BMW door-sill/entry trim panels. The creator explicitly lists E21, E30, E36, E39, E46, E81/E82/E88, F20, E85 and related applications and identifies genuine BMW clip 51471840960. Verify the receiving-hole and trim thickness before fitting.

Mounting clip replacement for the BMW E46 kidney grill. The kidney grills are held in place in the bonnet through flexible lips, which become brittle with time and heat exposure. My car is 14 years old and the kidney grills had lost their grips a while ago and were about to fall over. The quick fix was to string them up from the inside, but hardly an elegant fix for a BMW! Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

My Driver side tab cracked in half. It would be a party when on the highway/ move excessively on bumps. Mirror it for the driver side !! PRINT WITH SUPPORTS !! There's a hidden pocket in the tab, you wont see the supports but it will make it print. Creator installed the repair after a cracked driver-side tab caused lamp movement; mirror the right-side geometry for the opposite side and verify beam aim after installation. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Replacement tow-eye opening cover for the E46 M-Sport front bumper, refined through several physical prototypes and shown installed. The creator notes that standard SE geometry does not fit this bumper. Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention without obstructing the tow-eye opening.

Replacement carrier plate for the exterior mirror glass, physically shown loose and installed on the mirror mechanism. The creator states that it accepts both twist-on and clip-on brackets. This is a mirror-glass support, not the complete mirror assembly; verify secure engagement, adjustment range, heating-wire clearance and an unobstructed field of view before driving.

This fits a BMW F11 and maybe also other BMW cars from around 2015. If the old cable brakes, this is a replacement of the ring at the cap and the cable. The original ring has to be removed from the fuel cap. Be careful not to brake anything else then the turning ring. Use side cutting pliers or a similar tool. The put the new ring onto the fuel cap. If the ring does not fit you can also adjust the width in the attached model and re-export. I used TPU 95 for the print. Nozzle diameter can be 0.25 - 0.4, all work. I printed with supports but this leaves a rough finish. This also leads to the fact, that the ring does not slide as good as the original one. But overall it works. Don't forget to like if you like. Creator reports the TPU replacement fits and works on an approximately 2015 F11, while noting rough support surfaces can make the ring slide less freely. The editable FreeCAD source is retained for measured adjustment. Do not force the ring or damage the fuel cap. Verify dimensions against the original component and confirm full operation before regular use.

The mirror adjuster on my E39 stopped moving the mirror in left-right direction, however I could still hear the small motor working. After removing the mirror plate, I found a small plastic component broken. Of course you can't buy this part, only the whole assembly (the one where I marked the pins with red arrows) for 100 USD :). Based on the broken component, I copied the part and printed it. It works perfectly!! Please note that if you need this for up-down motion, you will need to mirror the part before printing. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Replacement E30 exterior door and fender moulding clip. The creator reports that the imperfect reproduction holds tightly. Listed numbers 51131953927 and 51131965105 identify parent moulding assemblies, so no OEM number is assigned.

This is the buffer that the arm on the boot/trunk hits to stop it opening too far, if it cracks (which it will) then ultimately it tries to bend the gas struts. Photo shows a broken one and the print. This is for the RHS looking at the rear of the vehicle. The LHS is identical but mirror image. Print this so it stands on the long edge (hole and pin are horizontal) or the the arm will seperate the layers, there is a lot of force there. I used PETG at 100% infill. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

My BMW E39 was missing some fan grille parts for the rear seats. The CAD drawings have the exact same size as the original parts. So it just depends on how accurate your printer is (I had to sand down some areas). As you can see in the pictures you will also need a small piece of sheet metal that acts as a spring. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Replacement ball outlet for a cracked headlight-washer nozzle, shown loose and fitted to the original sprayer. The creator bonded the PLA part with water-resistant adhesive and notes that the bore may need careful finishing. No complete-nozzle parent number is assigned; verify sealing, spray direction, cover clearance and legal washer operation before driving.

Replacement rear access cover for the high-beam bulb opening on facelift headlamp assemblies. The creator replicated a perished cover from a 2005 vehicle, physically printed the replacement in ABS and reused the original rubber seal. Public BMW catalog evidence identifies the serviced high-beam cover as 63 12 6 940 252 for facelift E53 headlamps. Use only on matching 10/2003-on headlamp assemblies, transfer an undamaged seal, use heat-resistant material and confirm a dry, secure seal before driving.

Replacement covering cap for the rear-window wiper arm, 3D-scanned from the original and physically shown loose, compared with the original and snapped onto the arm. BMW catalogs identify the original child component as 61687407276, rear-wiper diagram item 6, for X3 G01/G01 LCI, X3 M F97/F97 LCI and iX3 G08; Hubauer records supersession to 61625A9D577. Use ABS, ASA, PETG or another UV- and heat-resistant material, compare the clip geometry, confirm by VIN and verify secure retention and full wiper travel.

These headlamp adjusters are for the BMW E39 series (5-series from 1996 onwards). The originals are made of some material that gets super brittle with age, and pretty much self destruct. Thus making the headlamps aim far too low, and wobble when driving over the slightest dump. BMWs own solution is to supply new lamps as complete units, price probably approaching $1000. To fix, you need to take the headlamp units apart, which is actually quite easy. There are various instructions on the net, The two manual adjusters simply fully unscrew to release. The third adjuster, connected to a motor, is released by turning the exposed 5mm plastic nut 90 degrees (not all variants have this feature). One word of warning: Do not touch the reflectors, they are very easily destroyed by attempts of cleaning. You need one of each of these per side. They will work for the early halogen units, but may need modification for "angel eyes", and I have no idea about Xenon. Note also that the shape is different from the originals. I believe these may be slightly better - the originals were limited by what you could do with casting. For best strength you should ideally print them laying down, but then some s Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Funnel sized for the BMW F30 washer-fluid filler neck and physically shown in the engine bay. Use fluid-, heat- and UV-resistant material and verify full cap, hose, bonnet and washer clearance.

Cut off the remains of the rubber part on your windshield cowl and attach these printed ones. OEM PART: 51718208483 Mirror the end part to use it on the other side. Print multiple mid parts to cover the entire length. Printed from Fillamentum Flexfill 89A. Using 0.15mm layer height is important as there is a steep overhang on the part, which wouldn't print well using thicker layers. The end part might not fit perfectly but it did the job already so I didn't tweak it anymore. Use heat-, UV- and fluid-resistant material and verify full wiper or washer clearance.

Blank plate for the E36 standard or M-style bumper fog-lamp opening, physically shown installed. The creator provides screw or drilled tie mounting. Use exterior-rated material and verify the plate is securely retained and does not obstruct required lighting or cooling.

Contour spacer demonstrated with aftermarket side repeaters on BMW bodywork. The creator lists E36 from October 1996, E46 sedan/Touring, E60/E61, E81/E82/E87/E88 and E90–E93 applications. Test one side before mirroring and verify the repeater remains weather-sealed and positively retained.

Replacement plastic grommet used at E30 grille and rear license-plate mounting points, physically compared with the original. The creator also lists E36, E46, E90 and E92 applications; BMWFans confirms grommet 51131840154.

Direct replacement cap for the automatic-headlight rotary switch used in BMW E82 and E88 1 Series, E90/E91/E92/E93 3 Series, and E84 X1 interiors. The keyed hex and rotation stop reproduce the functional interface, and the creator shows the printed knob installed. Reuse the original switch mechanism; no complete headlight-switch assembly is included.
