Replacement rear access cover for the high-beam bulb opening on facelift headlamp assemblies. The creator replicated a perished cover from a 2005 vehicle, physically printed the replacement in ABS and reused the original rubber seal. Public BMW catalog evidence identifies the serviced high-beam cover as 63 12 6 940 252 for facelift E53 headlamps. Use only on matching 10/2003-on headlamp assemblies, transfer an undamaged seal, use heat-resistant material and confirm a dry, secure seal before driving.
