Late-Model Lower Valance Grille
Two-piece replacement lower valance grille for late-model E30, fitted in front of the oil cooler and physically installed. BMWFans confirms cover 51711953609. Bond the halves securely and verify airflow and road retention.

M-Sport Front Tow-Eye Cover
Replacement tow-eye opening cover for the E46 M-Sport front bumper, refined through several physical prototypes and shown installed. The creator notes that standard SE geometry does not fit this bumper. Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention without obstructing the tow-eye opening.

M-Sport Front Tow-Eye Cover
Custom front towing-eye opening cover designed and physically installed by the creator on a BMW G32 6 Series Gran Turismo with the pre-LCI M Sport front bumper. The round face intentionally differs from the curved factory-painted flap and includes a removal notch and decorative BMW relief. Use only on the matching pre-LCI M Aerodynamics (S715A) bumper opening, print in a weather- and heat-resistant material, paint or seal for UV exposure, and verify all retention tabs before road use. Genuine BMW reference 51118072209 identifies the original primed M-bumper tow-eye cover; it is not a claim that this custom round face is factory geometry.

Pre-Facelift Front Tow-Eye Cover
Front tow hook cover for BMW E39 vehicles with pre-facelift bumper (1995 to 2000). *Normal PLA is not suitable for this application. Source specifies 1995-2000 pre-facelift bumper and warns against PLA. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Rear-Cabin Vent-Grille Repair Set
My BMW E39 was missing some fan grille parts for the rear seats. The CAD drawings have the exact same size as the original parts. So it just depends on how accurate your printer is (I had to sand down some areas). As you can see in the pictures you will also need a small piece of sheet metal that acts as a spring. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Front-Valance Bracket Set
Three-piece replacement bracket set for the BMW E28 front lower valance: left, center and right. The creator states that the parts fit in the stock locations and replaces factory brackets that commonly break or go missing. Use a UV- and heat-resistant engineering material, verify the valance variant and compare the mounting-hole geometry before fitting.

Rear Bumper Tow-Eye Cover
Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention and adjacent-panel clearance.

Facelift Kidney-Grille Clips
This is an updated set of Murat's clips which fit on the facelifted E46 kidney grills (My car is a 2002 325i wagon) and work without any filing / cutting / modification of the 3D printed part. How to use: Follow Murat's instructions for trimming the existing clip sockets on the kidney grill plastic (leaving ~1mm left + socket depth). Install as suggested by them (use a small flathead screwdriver or similar to pry the metal tabs of the hood into the printed groove on the clips. My printed parts are numbered and lettered to indicate where they go on the grill. How to read the number/lettering: When standing in front of the car and looking at the grill, there is a Left and Right grill. On each Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Kidney Grill Clip Replacement
Mounting clip replacement for the BMW E46 kidney grill. The kidney grills are held in place in the bonnet through flexible lips, which become brittle with time and heat exposure. My car is 14 years old and the kidney grills had lost their grips a while ago and were about to fall over. The quick fix was to string them up from the inside, but hardly an elegant fix for a BMW! Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Bumper-Inlet Airbox Duct
Four-piece E36 bumper-inlet duct inspired by the Dinan layout and physically shown installed between the bumper opening and air filter. Print in heat- and impact-resistant material, bond the sections securely, and verify filter, fan, belt, water-ingress and road-clearance conditions on the exact car.

M-Technic Rear-Bumper Tow-Eye Cover
Replacement tow-eye opening cover for the E36 M-Technic/M3-style rear bumper, physically compared with the original and shown installed. The creator reports a tight fit and optional spring-clip provision. The nearby catalog number identifies the parent trim panel, so no OEM number is assigned.

325i Front-Door Tweeter-Grille Repair Cap
Small repair cap for a damaged front-door tweeter grille on a BMW E36 325i. The source photo shows the original damage and repaired physical cover. Verify the cap cannot contact the speaker cone or loosen into the door.

Grille and License-Plate Grommet
Replacement plastic grommet used at E30 grille and rear license-plate mounting points, physically compared with the original. The creator also lists E36, E46, E90 and E92 applications; BMWFans confirms grommet 51131840154.

Front-Grille and Valance Expanding Nut
Replacement expanding nut for securing front trim, grille and valance pieces on the BMW E21. The creator physically fitted the part and recommends flexible, heat-resistant PETG at full infill. Confirm hole diameter, screw engagement and trim retention.
