So I broke my wiper clip while replacing some other stuff on the car. There's not really a viable/economical replacement and original part does not take well to super glue. I started from another STL and modeled over it in fusion. Then did a couple of test prints and iterated as I went. Depending on your tolerances, filament, and shrinkage, you may have to fiddle with the final dimensions. Printed in PC-ABS. It doesn't fall off when using the windshield washing function. idk if I'd use it in a rally race. Use at your own risk. Using 0.15mm layer height is important as there is a steep overhang on the part, which wouldn't print well using thicker layers. The design is using the filter of the old holder and fits nice into your windshield water reservoir. Cut of the filter from the old holder. Glue it on the bottom. Cut off everything protruding. Done!
