Update: Few of those broke using PLA 0.8 width, infill 10-25%. I suggest you print with 3 layers width (or more?). I will do a redesign to fix the weak point from printing prescriptive. This is my design for BMW floor mat holder (E36 E46 E38 E39) . Top part fits nice and works like a charm. I would say it even holds better than original one. As for the washer (bottom one) I haven't got it in real life so I've designed whatever I thought was suitable. Tested with PLA. Lay it down to print upside down. The source gives interchange number 51161963979, which BMWFans confirms as black cover 1963979 produced from April 1987; the alternate 51161963987 could not be catalog-confirmed and is intentionally omitted. Check color, opening and switch-bank configuration.
