M50 / M52 / M54 Engine-Cover Fastener Cap
Replacement beauty cap for M50, M52 and M54 engine-cover fasteners, physically shown on the engine. BMWFans identifies the exact component as cap 11121726089 and confirms E34, E36, E38, E39, E46, E53, E60/E61, E65/E66, E83, E85 and Z3 applications. Use engine-bay-rated material and keep it clear of hot or moving parts.

Sunroof Slider-Rail Repair Clip
Fourth-iteration replacement for the small slider-rail clip used in creator-listed E36, E39, E46 and E53 sunroofs. The source shows the physical print and a working demonstration. Use heat-resistant material and verify full sunroof travel, anti-pinch operation and water sealing before driving.
Oval Mirror Clip/Tab Repair
These clips can be glued in your oval mirror housing of a BMW E39 M5 or E46 M3 to repair the broken ones. Use "crazyglue" and line the clips up with the missing tabs in the housing. See photos for reference. Dry-fit before fastening and verify glass, latch, wiring and trim clearance through full operation.

Adjustable Clutch Stop
Adjustable clutch-pedal stop body for manual-transmission BMW E28 and other listed classic BMW chassis. Assembly requires an M10 screw, two M10 nuts, a 40 mm washer and a genuine-style rubber cap. Adjust only far enough to remove excess pedal travel while preserving complete clutch disengagement, then lock the nuts securely and re-check operation before driving.

Clip-In Gear Knob Set
Four clip-in replacement gear-knob shapes for the BMW E34 and the creator-listed classic BMW chassis. The design was developed around the common BMW latching stem and includes an installed physical example. Confirm the lever's clip profile and preserve full shift travel before driving; the grouped API fitments reproduce only chassis families explicitly listed by the creator.

Battery Retaining Spacer
Battery-retaining spacer reproduced from BMW component 61211350825 for E30, E34, E39 and E46. BMWFans identifies it as spacer 1350825 and confirms those chassis among broader BMW usage. Match battery size, tray slot and hold-down engagement, and do not use it to compensate for an incorrect battery or damaged clamp.
Floor-Mat Retaining Fastener
Update: Few of those broke using PLA 0.8 width, infill 10-25%. I suggest you print with 3 layers width (or more?). I will do a redesign to fix the weak point from printing prescriptive. This is my design for BMW floor mat holder (E36 E46 E38 E39) . Top part fits nice and works like a charm. I would say it even holds better than original one. As for the washer (bottom one) I haven't got it in real life so I've designed whatever I thought was suitable. Tested with PLA. Lay it down to print upside down. For now tests are held only in V1 version. Version 1: - Design created. Printed with CURA supports Version 2: - Added supports included in file. Gap is 0.15mm - Redesign of top part "head" - Added washer BMW part number (exemplary) 51478116564 51478183027 51478183028 51478183029 51471881521 Only the creator-tested V1 fastener is retained; the untested V2 washer and supported variant are excluded. Rear Sunshade Hook
This is a rear window sunshade hook for BMW E39. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Headlamp Adjuster Pair
These headlamp adjusters are for the BMW E39 series (5-series from 1996 onwards). The originals are made of some material that gets super brittle with age, and pretty much self destruct. Thus making the headlamps aim far too low, and wobble when driving over the slightest dump. BMWs own solution is to supply new lamps as complete units, price probably approaching $1000. To fix, you need to take the headlamp units apart, which is actually quite easy. There are various instructions on the net, The two manual adjusters simply fully unscrew to release. The third adjuster, connected to a motor, is released by turning the exposed 5mm plastic nut 90 degrees (not all variants have this feature). One word of warning: Do not touch the reflectors, they are very easily destroyed by attempts of cleaning. You need one of each of these per side. They will work for the early halogen units, but may need modification for "angel eyes", and I have no idea about Xenon. Note also that the shape is different from the originals. I believe these may be slightly better - the originals were limited by what you could do with casting. For best strength you should ideally print them laying down, but then some s Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Rear Cup-Holder Blanking Plate
Very basic blanking plate for the E39 BMW 5 Series rear cup holder. The rear cup holder in my E39 BMW has never closed properly and never clipped in properly and EVERY time someone sits in the rear seat it gets kicked. Odd design by BMW as the cup holder keeps the rear air vents in place so when the cup holder falls out so does the air vent. Printed in blue for prototyping! Second design with holes for 2 USB chargers or cigarette lighter sockets. I used the ones with rubber covers from banggood. The clips are very crude. They need a better design as this panel does not like being removed. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Trunk Toolbox Retaining Strap
The toolbox holding strap on my car broke in the middle due to material stress over the years. Designed a new strap with with a hinge, to prevent this from happening in the future. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Power-Mirror Selection Switch
My BMW E39 5 Series was missing the selection switch for the power mirror. (I don't know how the previous owner could rip that thing off...) Here you can find a custom-made replacement switch. Just push it into its place. If you have any ideas for improvement, please feel free to contact me. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Touring Tailgate Side-Cover Clip
My BMW E39 wagon (touring) was missing the plastic clips at both sides of the tailgate. These clips hold the plastic side covers in place. Since the original spare parts (BMW part number: left: 51498217213, right:51498217214) are way too expensive, I have decided to print my own ones. The uploaded files contain the right side clips, but you can mirror them in Cura so that you also have the left side ones (see pictures). BMW catalog identifies the black left/right clips from 1996-09 for E39 Touring, including cataloged European/USA and LHD/RHD applications; mirror the supplied right-side model for the left. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Rear-Cabin Vent-Grille Repair Set
My BMW E39 was missing some fan grille parts for the rear seats. The CAD drawings have the exact same size as the original parts. So it just depends on how accurate your printer is (I had to sand down some areas). As you can see in the pictures you will also need a small piece of sheet metal that acts as a spring. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Pre-Facelift Front Tow-Eye Cover
Front tow hook cover for BMW E39 vehicles with pre-facelift bumper (1995 to 2000). *Normal PLA is not suitable for this application. Source specifies 1995-2000 pre-facelift bumper and warns against PLA. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

LHD Automatic-Console Cup Holder
Older German cars are notorious for having bad cup holder, the BMW E39's cup holders are some of the worst. Here is what's wrong with the front OEM cup holders: -They are flimsy and weak so cups tip over. -The bottoms are shallow so any cup with more than 2" of drink in it will tip over. -The centre console design tapers backward as it goes up so any long cups tip backward. -The cup holder are located in front of the climate controls, heated seats and parking sensor button, so you cannot access those buttons if there is a cup in the cup holder! -The climate control sensor is locate above the cup holder so hot drinks (e.g. in the winter) turn on the AC, and cold drinks (e.g. in the summer) turn on the heater! So it's not only the OEM design that's bad but also its location. In my design I solved both the design and location problems. I use this cup holder in my car (see image) and it works and looks great: No tipped over cups, no spills or burns, no tempering with the AC temperature, and no blocking of any controls! My cup holder design does not interfere with the stereophonic function of the transmission, so you still get to enjoy changing gears when you want to! Please note that t Creator limits fitment to 1997-2003 left-hand-drive E39 cars with automatic transmission. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Climate-Control Button Pair
I designed it in a blender. Fits cars: BMW X5 E53, 1999-2007 BMW E39 series 5, 1995-2005 I printed it on cr-10 with .4 nozzle and .2 layer height Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Radio Volume Knob
Volume Button for BMW E39. Replaces original button with Part Number: 65828372163 Not for any BMW E39 - check the part number! BMW catalog lists button 65828372163 from 1995-09 across E39 Sedan/Touring and broad global LHD/RHD applications; confirm the radio face and knob number before printing. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Touring License-Plate Bracket Fastener
My E39 Touring was missing one of the clips to hold in the plate bracket (plinth). The previous owner had used silicone to hold the panel on. Unable to live with this I contacted the dealership - who were unable to find the part in their system. Doubting their competence I checked realoem myself and actually couldn't find a part number. So I turned to Fusion360 and whipped these up. I've never designed anything before so please bear with me. I have made two revisions of this thing. **(bmw_plate_plinthe_v3)** The first is a copy of the original - fits snug and locks nicely. - It may be a good idea to use a bit of RTV or Butyl Rubber around the hole to keep water out! **(Nut.stl /Thread.stl)** The second is a threaded option. Allowing you to fit an M8x1.25 nut on the back. This option was created for people who may have corrosion around the hole thus making it too big for the snap in option. Printed these on my CR-10S w/ 99% concentric infill 5 walls and 0.12 layer height @ 35mm/s Hopefully they can be of use to someone else too. Cheers. Apparently fits these models too! RHD Console Drink Compartment
This is for all the RHD E39 owners because I couldn't find any online except LHD so I designed a new one :D When printing flip the whole thing on its bottom so it prints properly. :D Btw the pictures got squashed by the site so to see a better image view the original image by clicking the fullscreen button at the top right and then click view original image. OEM Cup-Holder Reinforcement
Guten Taaag. Sunblind Holder Clip
Clip for sunblind holder BMW E38 E39 Printed ABS. Nozzle 0.2, layer height 0.01, speeds 40 - internal, 30 - external. Door-Mirror Cover Latch Repair

Just put on things to the broken parts, try to put cover on mirror (i need to cut height for 2 of them) and fix it with glue. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Touring 165 mm Roof-Speaker Adapter
I wanted 16,5cm speakers in the roof of my e39 touring. So I designed an adapter, thought other would want to do the same The hole pattern in the roof is slightly nonsymmetric so you'll have to print a mirrored version as well Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Center-Console Storage Roller
Print without support, use flexible material (TPU, PBT etc.) Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Trunk-Lid Travel Buffer
This is the buffer that the arm on the boot/trunk hits to stop it opening too far, if it cracks (which it will) then ultimately it tries to bend the gas struts. Photo shows a broken one and the print. This is for the RHS looking at the rear of the vehicle. The LHS is identical but mirror image. Print this so it stands on the long edge (hole and pin are horizontal) or the the arm will seperate the layers, there is a lot of force there. I used PETG at 100% infill. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.
Door-Mirror Adjustment Pin
The mirror adjuster on my E39 stopped moving the mirror in left-right direction, however I could still hear the small motor working. After removing the mirror plate, I found a small plastic component broken. Of course you can't buy this part, only the whole assembly (the one where I marked the pins with red arrows) for 100 USD :). Based on the broken component, I copied the part and printed it. It works perfectly!! Please note that if you need this for up-down motion, you will need to mirror the part before printing. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Armrest Telephone-Delete Inlay Set
You probably do not use your E39 bluetooth phone anymore. Don't waste this space in your car and print my inlay to make this area useful for you. There are different versions available, I hope you will be able to chose the most fit for you;) I personally use the one with the grooves for phones. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

AC Schnitzer Type-2 Wheel Center Cap
hey ho, got a couple of used AC Schnitzer type 2 rims with the center hub caps missing, so i designed a simple and clean version. may require some sanding and spraypainting afterwards to fit your rim color. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Front-Speaker Sealing Ring
...trying to fit aftermarket speakers in my e39 bmw i found out that they leave a gap to the standard boxes in the front doors. so i quickly designed these simple rings to close the gap, Use TPU to print them to ensure a tight fit. Sun-Visor Retaining Clip
This is the design I made to replace my broken sun visor clip in my 2000 BMW E39 528i Touring. It is a little difficult to snap in but has a nice fit once it's clipped in all the way. Some filing or sanding might fix the stiff fit. Creator reports fitment in a 2000 E39 528i Touring. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

M52 Clutch Alignment Tool

Ashtray-Delete Storage Cubby
This part is a small storage cubby for use in place of the broken center console ash tray for BMW E39. The bottom clip of the ash tray holder is commonly broken on E39 models and cannot be fixed without replacing with a working center console trim piece, which can be hard to find in good condition. The part includes a cutout for the illumination strip so the cubby is illuminated at night. Fitment is very tight to avoid the use of adhesives. Carefully press in with a bit of force and it will fit as shown in the photos. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Electric-Seat Control Button
I made this part to hook on the little white knob to move the seat. I printed it with the arrows showing on top. 0.5mm extruder, 1h print time. supports on. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Facelift Fog-Lamp Mount Repair Pair
Replaces the integrated plastic tab that commonly shears off, allowing the fog light to be secured without replacing the entire bumper. The bracket replicates the factory slot geometry. Once bonded, the fog light housing slides into the bracket and locks into place using the original mounting hardware/method. Material: Would recommend ASA or ABS. Compatibility: 2001–2004 (Facelift / LCI) BMW E39 5-Series models. Will not fit Pre-Facelift or M-Sport/M5 Bumpers. I also sell the printed parts: Installation Instructions: 1. Access: Gain access to the fog light assembly either by removing the front splash guard in the wheel well or by removing the front bumper entirely. 2. Alignment: Leave the fog light attached to the bumper by its remaining intact mounting point. 3. Test Fit: Position the repair bracket and verify that it makes flush contact with the bumper surface. Ensure the circular tab on the fog light housing slots correctly into the bracket. 4. Preparation: If remnants of the broken original bracket interfere with the fitment, trim them down until the repair bracket sits flush. 5. Bonding: Thoroughly clean the contact areas on both the bracket and the bumper. Apply a strong epox Creator limits fitment to the facelift/LCI bumper. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Gladen Alpha 130 G2 Tweeter Mount Pair
I designed these brackets because the original BMW E39 tweeter mounts are too small to fit the Gladen Alpha 130 G2 tweeters. Installing aftermarket tweeters in the factory location can be challenging, as the available space inside the original E39 mounting brackets is very limited. These adapters allow the Gladen tweeters to be mounted securely while retaining the factory installation position. Compatible Speaker Set Gladen Alpha 130 G2 Original BMW Parts Left side: 65138362527 Right side: 65138362528 OEM reference: Printing Notes Designed for BMW E39 factory tweeter locations. Tested with Gladen Alpha 130 G2 tweeters. PETG or ASA is recommended for improved heat resistance inside the vehicle. Print with at least 3 perimeters and 30–40% infill for good durability. I hope this model helps anyone upgrading the factory audio system in their BMW E39. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Trunk-Floor Twist Lock
Replacement for BMW OEM part 51478230749 (Support for Tension Strap). Used to secure the trunk floor panel in BMW E39 E36 models. Printing recommendation: For maximum strength, print the part at a 45° angle using supports. This print orientation improves layer adhesion in the areas subjected to the highest load, resulting in a stronger and more durable part. BMW catalog lists support 51478230749 from 1996-09 and records bilateral interchangeability with superseded 51478197822; retain the creator-listed E36/E39 fitment. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Trunk Cargo Hook
Clip-on cargo hook for the rear load-area rail, physically shown installed and documented by the creator as used reliably for more than a year. The creator directly lists X3 E83, 3 Series E46, X5 E53 and 5 Series E39 compatibility, so all four live generations are linked. This is an accessory rather than a reproduction of a BMW service part. Print in PETG as documented, observe sensible load limits, and confirm it cannot obstruct the rear seat or cargo cover.
