M50 / M52 / M54 Engine-Cover Fastener Cap
Replacement beauty cap for M50, M52 and M54 engine-cover fasteners, physically shown on the engine. BMWFans identifies the exact component as cap 11121726089 and confirms E34, E36, E38, E39, E46, E53, E60/E61, E65/E66, E83, E85 and Z3 applications. Use engine-bay-rated material and keep it clear of hot or moving parts.

N55 Dynamic Air Scoop
Front intake air scoop for N55-powered BMW F30/F31 335i, F32-series 435i, F20/F21 M135i and F22/F23/F87 M235i/M2 applications listed by the creator. Use heat- and exterior-rated material and verify secure retention and unobstructed intake airflow before driving.

OBD-I Diagnostic-Cap Tether
Replacement flexible tether for the E30 OBD-I diagnostic connector cap, approximated from a broken original and physically used by the creator. Print in a flexible, heat-resistant material and verify cap retention.

Diesel Fuel-Filter Outer Clip
Replacement outer fuel-filter clip designed for a 2015 F30 328d and reported by the creator to have remained installed for more than a year. Use the specified material, inspect layer adhesion and fit, and stop if the part interferes with safe service or pedal operation.

Oil-Sump Drain-Plug Access Cover
Replacement oil-sump drain-plug access cover for E46 and Z4 E85/E86 undertrays. The creator corrected the screw-hole location and removed reinforcement that caused the physical print to warp. Use an underbody-rated material and verify screw retention, exhaust clearance and complete undertray seating.

Steering-Gear Input Dust Cover
Two-piece replacement dust cover for the steering-gear input shaft. The creator designed it specifically for the first-generation X5 steering rack and shows the printed cover installed around the shaft without removing the steering assembly. Print in a heat-resistant, tough material, secure the two halves as shown by the source, and verify full steering travel, shaft clearance and attachment security before driving. BMW does not catalog this input-shaft cover as a separately serviced child part, so no OEM number is assigned.

Oil-Drain Access Cover
Replacement access cover for the oil-drain opening in the engine-compartment underbody screening, physically shown loose and installed by the creator. BMW catalogs identify this child cover as 51757261712, item 5 in the underhood-shield diagram; it is used on X3 F25 and X4 F26 applications, so both live generations are linked. The printed design uses lower U-nuts and hex screws rather than the original fastening method. Print in PETG or a higher-temperature engineering polymer, confirm the panel variant and VIN, and verify secure retention and clearance before driving.

Shift-Linkage Bushing
Replacement bushing modeled from the original linkage part on a 1974 US-market 2002 and physically printed and used by the creator. The supplied geometry is 26 mm outside diameter, 12.5 mm bore and 16 mm hat diameter. The original is rubber; use a suitable flexible material for original-like compliance, or note that a rigid ABS print deliberately produces firmer shift feel. The catalog contains several production-date-dependent linkage bushes and joints, and the source does not identify which serviced child number it reproduces, so no OEM number is assigned. Confirm dimensions, linkage articulation and secure retention before driving.

Air-Filter Housing Retainer Repair Set
Two replacement retainer geometries for repairing broken attachment tabs on the BMW X1 E84 engine air-filter housing. The creator links the original repair write-up and supplies physical comparisons, loose parts and installed engine-bay views for both shapes. The printed pieces repair features of the larger air-filter housing rather than reproducing a separately serviced BMW child component, so no housing parent number is assigned. Print in PETG as documented or a higher-temperature engineering polymer, fasten exactly as shown, and verify intake sealing, bonnet clearance and retention after heat cycling.

Heater-Valve Cover
Thickened replacement cover for the BMW E31 heater/water-valve assembly, physically printed by the creator and reported to resist under-bonnet heat. The design uses 10 x 2 mm neodymium magnets against the valve fasteners. BMW catalogs identify the original separately serviced cover as 64111383499 for E31 840i/840Ci, 850i/850Ci and 850CSi; genuine production ended in 2015 with no documented supersession. Use high-temperature material, secure the magnets, and confirm hose, wiring and bonnet clearance after installation.

S63TU Twin Catch-Can Mounting Bracket
Dual catch-can mounting bracket designed by the creator for the S63TU engine bay in the BMW F13 M6 and F10 M5. The creator links an installation video for the twin-turbo M6 setup, providing physical-use evidence beyond the preserved CAD render. Print in a heat-resistant engineering material such as nylon, keep clear of hot or moving components and hoses, and inspect retention after initial heat cycles. This is an aftermarket accessory with no original BMW component counterpart, so no OEM number is assigned.

Battery Retaining Spacer
Battery-retaining spacer reproduced from BMW component 61211350825 for E30, E34, E39 and E46. BMWFans identifies it as spacer 1350825 and confirms those chassis among broader BMW usage. Match battery size, tray slot and hold-down engagement, and do not use it to compensate for an incorrect battery or damaged clamp.

Front Strut-Mount Cover Cap
Protective cap for the top of the front strut mount on BMW E28 models. The creator printed it in PETG and road-tested the design for 5,000 miles before release. BMW catalogs identify the equivalent 28.5 mm covering cap as 31331124335; do not confuse it with the separate dust-protection collar 31331110196. Verify top-nut and mount dimensions before use.

518i M10 Throttle-Linkage Nipple
Replacement throttle-body linkage/cable nipple for the M10-powered BMW E28 518i; two identical pieces are required in the catalog assembly. The design is based on an original part and includes print-orientation guidance. BMW number 13541286378 is cataloged specifically for E28 518i M10 applications and selected M10-powered E30 models, not every E28 engine.

Adjustable Clutch Stop
Adjustable clutch-pedal stop body for manual-transmission BMW E28 and other listed classic BMW chassis. Assembly requires an M10 screw, two M10 nuts, a 40 mm washer and a genuine-style rubber cap. Adjust only far enough to remove excess pedal travel while preserving complete clutch disengagement, then lock the nuts securely and re-check operation before driving.

Manual-Clutch Pedal Stop Set
TPU clutch-stop set in 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm heights for manual BMW F3x models; the creator reports the 16 mm version installed with the factory clutch. Use the specified material, inspect layer adhesion and fit, and stop if the part interferes with safe service or pedal operation.

Cabin-Filter Housing Front Mount
Use ABS preferably but it wont get that hot up top where this print is located so anything will work Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.
335d MAF-to-100 mm Intake Adapter
MAF adapter for a 335d to a 4" flange cone filter. Takes the oval and turns it into a circle for mounting a cone filter. I used RTV silicone to attach it to the MAF (it's a very tight fit), once it sets clamp on your filter. Designed so the air is funneled in... Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

M47N2 Air-Intake Hose End Repair
This is a fix that I made for my 2007 BMW 320D air intake back in 2014. The M47N2 engine air intake hose has rubber ends which start to break over time, so instead of spending >30€ on a new OEM part (13717795284), I decided to make a fix of my own, as I had a 3D printer at home at that time. People keep asking me for the STL, and since I no longer have my own server, I decided that it's time to upload it here. NOTE: it's a tight fit so you'll most likely have to remove the whole 3 connecting parts of the intake as a single unit when trying to get to the engine (only 4 screws though, so it's not a big deal). Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

M54 Engine Air-Intake Duct
Two-piece M54 engine air-intake duct physically fitted to the E46. BMWFans, RealOEM and Hubauer cross-confirm genuine BMW intake tube 13717509118 for the matching M54 and M56 applications. Use a heat-resistant engine-bay material and verify air-box sealing, bonnet clearance and freedom from belts and fans.

M54B22 Intake Smoke-Test Adapter
80 mm intake adapter for vacuum or smoke leak testing on the E46 M54B22, designed around a standard automotive valve and physically demonstrated on the engine. Use only at low diagnostic pressure, keep foreign material out of the intake and remove the adapter before starting or driving the vehicle.

cap nut for engine cover
This is a nut for the engine cover as seen in the second image. It works for e46 316i,318i and 320i, possibly for other models that have the same nut. Note: you will need an O-ring or rubber washer (⌀10mm) to prevent unscrewing due to the engine vibrations, the original nut has one too. You'll need ABS filament or PET-G, PLA filament will break after a couple of months. Print Settings Printer Brand: Artillery Printer: Artillery Hornet Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25 Filament: ABS or PET-G Notes: minimum 3 perimeter for Vertical shells Category: Automotive Use the specified automotive-grade material, keep the tool square and inspect the serviced component before reassembly.

M52 Air-Intake Suction Tube
Replacement air-intake suction tube for 1999-2001 E46 M52 models, physically installed by the creator. BMWFans, RealOEM and Hubauer cross-confirm genuine BMW component 13711438768 for the matching E46 320i/320Ci, 323i/323Ci and 328i/328Ci applications. Print in a heat-resistant engine-bay material and verify sealing and clearance.

Positive-Terminal Base Cover
Mine got lost, so I decided to make one! Print in PETG or other heat resistant filament. BMW (E46 3 Series, E83 X3) Battery Positive Terminal Base B + - Cover Cap (61138371011) Fuse and insulate any added wiring correctly, secure it from chafe and confirm the circuit remains serviceable.
