Two-piece replacement dust cover for the steering-gear input shaft. The creator designed it specifically for the first-generation X5 steering rack and shows the printed cover installed around the shaft without removing the steering assembly. Print in a heat-resistant, tough material, secure the two halves as shown by the source, and verify full steering travel, shaft clearance and attachment security before driving. BMW does not catalog this input-shaft cover as a separately serviced child part, so no OEM number is assigned.

Protective cap for the top of the front strut mount on BMW E28 models. The creator printed it in PETG and road-tested the design for 5,000 miles before release. BMW catalogs identify the equivalent 28.5 mm covering cap as 31331124335; do not confuse it with the separate dust-protection collar 31331110196. Verify top-nut and mount dimensions before use.

Protective cap for the upper front strut bearing on a BMW E36, physically shown printed and installed in the engine bay. Use engine-bay-rated material and confirm it clears the strut brace, nut and suspension movement.

Replacement front-strut top dust cover for E30 cars fitted with Koni adjustable dampers where the stock cover does not fit. The creator printed and used the PETG version; confirm adjuster clearance and cap retention.

Replacement E30 front-strut wiring holder copied from the original and physically installed. BMWFans confirms cable holder 61131370421. Use heat- and abrasion-resistant material and verify wire clearance through full steering travel.

Dust cap for replacement-style E30 front strut mounts with an approximately 31.3–32 mm opening, where the original cap no longer fits. Test-print the retaining ring and adjust scale for the measured mount before making the full cap.
