Protective cap for the top of the front strut mount on BMW E28 models. The creator printed it in PETG and road-tested the design for 5,000 miles before release. BMW catalogs identify the equivalent 28.5 mm covering cap as 31331124335; do not confuse it with the separate dust-protection collar 31331110196. Verify top-nut and mount dimensions before use.
