Shift-Linkage Bushing

Shift-Linkage Bushing

Replacement bushing modeled from the original linkage part on a 1974 US-market 2002 and physically printed and used by the creator. The supplied geometry is 26 mm outside diameter, 12.5 mm bore and 16 mm hat diameter. The original is rubber; use a suitable flexible material for original-like compliance, or note that a rigid ABS print deliberately produces firmer shift feel. The catalog contains several production-date-dependent linkage bushes and joints, and the source does not identify which serviced child number it reproduces, so no OEM number is assigned. Confirm dimensions, linkage articulation and secure retention before driving.

tii Clock Shroud

tii Clock Shroud

Shroud for the dashboard clock used in 2002 tii applications. The preserved gallery shows loose physical clock-and-shroud assemblies as well as the model render. This is an accessory around the clock rather than the complete clock or dashboard assembly, so no parent OEM number is assigned. Use cabin-heat-resistant material and compare the clock opening, depth and dashboard clearance before final installation.

Triple-Gauge Radio Console Panel

Triple-Gauge Radio Console Panel

Two-piece custom console panel for three 52 mm gauges and a period-size Blaupunkt radio. The creator printed, finished and installed the panel and documents use of the original ashtray and hazard-switch assembly plus a separate rear radio support. Print in ABS or another cabin-heat-resistant material with robust shells, test-fit both halves, sand before bonding, and support the radio at the rear so vibration cannot crack the surround. This is a custom panel, not a separately catalogued original component, so no console or dashboard parent number is assigned.

Long-Console Shift Surround

Long-Console Shift Surround

Four-piece replacement shift surround for the long center console, shown physically assembled and installed. It works with the original console components and the creator's triple-gauge/radio panel. The sections require test-fitting, bonding, filling, sanding and a suitable textured finish; use cabin-heat-resistant material, number 8 speed nuts and corresponding screws as documented by the creator. The printed surround is not the complete console assembly, so no parent assembly number is assigned.

Front Strut-Tower Spacing Gauge

Front Strut-Tower Spacing Gauge

Workshop gauge for checking the center-to-center distance between the front strut towers on early 1966-1967 02-series bodies. The creator physically demonstrates the tool and cites a target of 996 ± 1 mm, measured from the indicated prism edge. This is a diagnostic aid, not a structural repair fixture or substitute for the BMW body-repair manual. Verify the specification against documentation for the exact body before acting on a reading; no vehicle component OEM number is applicable.

Automatic Gear-Indicator Bezel

Automatic Gear-Indicator Bezel

Replacement automatic-selector gear-indicator bezel, shown physically installed and loose for inspection. The creator specifies a filament color change: print the first layers in transparent material and the following layers in black so the markings remain legible. Automatic-transmission fitment only; compare the selector opening and indicator layout before installation. No parent selector-assembly number is assigned.

Blaupunkt Frankfurt Radio Trim Bezel

Blaupunkt Frankfurt Radio Trim Bezel

Two-piece decorative trim bezel for a period Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio, physically shown installed. The outer tray can be printed in a metallic-look material and the center in PETG, ASA or another stiff cabin-heat-resistant material; bond the two pieces and retain them beneath the radio knob washers as documented. The source notes that factory faceplate fitment varied with equipment, so verify radio shaft spacing, console type and Behr air-conditioning-console clearance. This is custom trim and receives no radio or console parent number.

Late Steering-Column Lower Pad

Late Steering-Column Lower Pad

Redesigned flexible lower steering-column pad for later cars, physically shown installed using the original mounting points. The creator states that steering-column design changed during production and does not claim early-car fitment; compare the mounting points and column profile before printing. Print slowly in durable TPU with strong bed adhesion. Because this is deliberately not a duplicate of the original lower trim panel, catalog number 32311110912 is documented only as the corresponding late original panel and is not assigned to this custom part.

Hazard-Switch Nut Wrench

Hazard-Switch Nut Wrench

Open-sided wrench for removing and installing the plastic retaining nut around the hazard switch without plier damage. The creator physically demonstrates the wrench with the switch and recommends the stiffest suitable material because the clearance slot permits some flex. The title's 61311356193 identifies an early complete hazard switch, not the printed tool or its nut, so it is not assigned as an OEM number. Switch design varies by production date; use only light hand torque on the plastic nut and confirm jaw fit before turning.
