BMW X1 3D-printable parts
Free STL files for replacement parts and accessories that fit the X1. Print at home in PLA, PETG, ABS or Nylon.
Automatic-Headlight Switch Knob
Direct replacement cap for the automatic-headlight rotary switch used in BMW E82 and E88 1 Series, E90/E91/E92/E93 3 Series, and E84 X1 interiors. The keyed hex and rotation stop reproduce the functional interface, and the creator shows the printed knob installed. Reuse the original switch mechanism; no complete headlight-switch assembly is included.

Parcel-Shelf Rubber Buffer
Flexible replacement for BMW rubber buffer 51466967605, creator-tested on an i3 and catalogued for F45, E81/E87, F20/F21, I01, and X1 E84. Print in approximately 85A TPU and cut out the temporary support tab after printing. Within the combined E8x generation, documented fitment is E81/E87 only.

Center-Console Euro Coin Holder
Coin organizer sized for the removable cup-holder opening in the BMW X1 E84 center console. The creator physically shows the print loose, fitted with euro coins, installed beside the parking brake and concealed beneath the armrest. This is an accessory rather than a reproduction of a BMW service component, so no parent cup-holder or console number is assigned. Use PETG, ABS or nylon rather than PLA because parked-cabin heat can deform low-temperature material, and verify the insert cannot interfere with the handbrake or armrest.

Air-Filter Housing Retainer Repair Set
Two replacement retainer geometries for repairing broken attachment tabs on the BMW X1 E84 engine air-filter housing. The creator links the original repair write-up and supplies physical comparisons, loose parts and installed engine-bay views for both shapes. The printed pieces repair features of the larger air-filter housing rather than reproducing a separately serviced BMW child component, so no housing parent number is assigned. Print in PETG as documented or a higher-temperature engineering polymer, fasten exactly as shown, and verify intake sealing, bonnet clearance and retention after heat cycling.

Rear-Seat ISOFIX Opening Cover
Replacement black trim cover for a broken rear-seat ISOFIX anchor opening, physically shown installed by the creator on a 2012 BMW X1 E84. BMW E84 rear-seat catalogs identify the black separately serviced cover as 52207118674, item 9 with four per vehicle; Hubauer documents supersession to 52207332435. Beige 52207152210 and oyster 52202993792 are distinct color variants and are not assigned. Match black trim and verify the cover clips securely without obstructing access to the child-seat anchor.

Key-and-Remote Cup-Holder Insert
Removable insert for the BMW X1 F48 center-console cup holder, with separate slots for the vehicle key and a small remote. The creator identifies the F48 application and physically printed and demonstrated the insert holding both devices. This is an accessory rather than a reproduction of a separately serviced BMW component, so no cup-holder or console parent number is assigned. Use PETG, ABS, ASA or nylon rather than PLA because parked-cabin heat can deform low-temperature material; confirm the insert seats securely and does not obstruct adjacent controls or the second cup position.

Cup-Holder Can Adapter
Removable insert for the center-console cup position that keeps 330 ml and 500 ml cans stable. The creator designed and physically tested version 7 in an iX1 U11, shows it installed with a can, and notes that the sloped base must be rotated until it seats correctly. The STL and matching 3MF are retained. This is an accessory rather than a separately serviced BMW component, so no cup-holder or console parent number is assigned. Print in ASA, ABS, PETG or another cabin-temperature-resistant material rather than PLA; verify stable seating and clear access to adjacent controls before driving.

Single/Dual Wireless-Charging Tray
Four one-piece tray variants for fitting one or two Baseus Simple Mini3 15 W wireless chargers in the 2023 X1 center-console shelf: full and short versions for either a single charger or a pair. The creator dimensioned the tray to the vehicle, physically printed it in PETG and 85A TPU, shows installed trays with phones, and reports testing with multiple iPhone 6.1-inch and Galaxy S models. Chargers insert from below and their cables route to the right-side USB-C ports. This is aftermarket accessory geometry, so no console or charging-module parent number is assigned. Do not use PLA; confirm cable strain relief, charging temperature, phone retention and unobstructed controls before driving.

Smartphone Mount
Two-piece smartphone mount for the iX1 U11 cockpit, with a separate ball head and tight-fit, loose-fit, or loose-fit-with-hex-nut base variants. The creator shows the printed assembly installed beside the curved display and explains that the tight version requires substantial installation force, while the loose versions require EVA foam tape and otherwise may not support the phone. This is accessory geometry rather than a serviced BMW component, so no display, trim or dashboard parent number is assigned. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, avoid excessive force on trim, keep the phone clear of sight lines and airbags, and verify secure retention before driving.
