Qi Wireless-Charging Console Pad

Custom-fitted charging pad for the center-console storage recess of the BMW 1 Series F70 (2024 onward). The creator shows the finished pad, its underside with the charger electronics, and the completed installation in an F70. It requires an INIU 15 W Qi charger, careful disassembly, and a shortened USB-C lead soldered to the charger PCB. Use a heat-resistant material, have the electrical work performed by a competent person, insulate and strain-relieve all connections, and stop use immediately if the charger or phone overheats.
