Charge-Cap Tether Strap

Flexible replacement tether joining the AC and DC fast-charge port caps to the inside of the charge door on CCS-equipped vehicles. The creator shows the printed strap installed on both caps and compares it with the original tether. Print in a durable UV- and weather-resistant flexible material, confirm that all ends seat fully, and check that the strap cannot foul the inlet, caps, hinge or door seal.
